OurFitnessCommunity.com was born from a committed group of seniors who trained with highly credentialed instructors at Holy Cross Hospital’s Senior Source—and refused to lose the strength, confidence, and camaraderie they’d built. When studios closed, they stayed together, brought their trusted senior instructor with them, and transformed their journey into a vibrant online community. Today, we deliver motivating, research-informed fitness classes and personal training for adults 55+ that are safe, supportive, and genuinely uplifting.
